The scent is okay at first, but it fades way too fast. Kind of a crappy letdown if I’m being honest...

I know people like to complain about support, but they helped me out fast. I didn’t have to keep chasing them or explain the same thing over and over, which was a relief

I wasn’t expecting a ton for the price, but this ended up being a solid buy. The scents smell really nice, not cheap or weird at all, and they actually lasted longer than I thought they would tbh.
Ordering was super easy and everything showed up packed well with no issues. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and would def order again. Good value compared to a few other places I’ve tried.

Honestly... the return was easy, and my refund came through quickly.

I ordered a handful of wax melts, and the box showed up looking beat up. One side of the tape was sort of loose, and there was barely any padding inside from what I could tell.

A couple of the clamshells were cracked, and there were little wax pieces scattered around in the bag. Nothing seemed completely ruined, but it was messy enough that I definitely wouldn’t have wanted to give it as a gift.

The scents were decent overall, so I’m giving it around 2 stars, but the packaging really needs work. I was expecting it to arrive a lot cleaner and more put together than it did.

I was expecting a different smell, but this one just didn’t seem quite right to me. It kind of made me wonder if the quality was consistent or if I got an off batch.

I ordered a few different scents and didn’t think they’d get here that fast, but they shipped out really quick. The package showed up earlier than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. Everything was fine too, no problems with the order or anything. I’m happy with it, mostly just impressed by how fast it all went.

It smells really nice at first, and I wanted to like it, but the scent faded on me way too quickly. It’s kind of frustrating because you expect it to last at least a decent amount of time, and then suddenly the bar feels like it’s moved to just being happy it smelled good for the first hour. Disappointing overall...

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but wow, the scent is way stronger than I thought it would be. I only used a small amount and I could still smell it hours later, which made me feel like I picked a good one, right?
It’s not weak or flat like a few others I’ve tried, and it filled the room quickly without me having to use a ton. I’m really happy with it and would definitely give it 5 stars...
